Donna Griffin — Commercial Manager

Donna has 13 years recruitment experience with established agencies spanning from Luton to Australia.  Donna joined Response Personnel in October 2001 to set up and manage the Commercial division.  In April 2006 due to team expansion, Donna became Area Sales Manager for Response Personnel as a whole and is still responsible for running the Commercial office.

Jennie King - Commercial Administrator

Jennie has worked in the recruitment industry for many years. Jennie joined Response Personnel to have the opportunity to excel in other aspects of the business. Jennie is responsible for the smooth running of all the commercial office administration, including all company marketing, payroll, candidate reference checking and invoicing.

Zara Thacker — Recruitment Consultant

Zara has 5 years recruitment experience in a variety of sectors.  Zara joined Response Personnel in September 2007 to expand her recruitment experience and have the flexibility of working for an independent agency.  Zara currently deals with all contract, temp to perm and permanent vacancies.

Pippa Whittaker — Resourcer

Pippa has 8 years experience in the recruitment industry, working within independent agencies covering a range of sectors including sales, administration, customer service, management through to catering and hospitality. Utilising her knowledge, Pippa is responsible for providing full support to the commercial division. Pippa's responsibilities include assisting with sourcing candidates through various resources, interviewing and assessing new candidates, as well as helping to recruit for large local contracts.

Aimee Hoade - Branch Manager

Aimee has over 7 year's recruitment experience within a variety of sectors and has extensive knowledge of all areas of the business. Aimee has worked for Response Personnel since February 2002 and was promoted to Branch Manager in October 2006.

Paul Hobbs - Recruitment Consultant

Paul has over 25 years experience of job roles within the Industrial sector, the last 12 year's being within recruitment itself. Paul joined Response Personnel in September 2007 and has brought a wealth of knowledge to the team.

Karolina Nawrocka — Administrator

Kaja started work with Response Personnel in July 2008.  Kaja has gained excellent administration skills from her work in Poland and has applied them here with 100% success.  Kaja has a vast understanding of many EU languages and has proved to be an asset to our team.

Chloe has worked for Response Personnel since 2003, and undertakes all aspects of the office administration including all candidate reference checks, company marketing and job advertising.

Gaynor Evans - Branch Manager

Gaynor has over 20 years experience in recruitment within the Commercial and Industrial sectors. Gaynor initially set up the Enfield branch in February 2001 and has outstanding knowledge of all aspects of the employment industry.

Claire Brown - Senior Consultant

Claire was involved with the setting up of our Enfield branch in 2001 and her experience has been solely within Commercial recruitment. Claire now concentrates all her industry awareness on running the Permanent desk.
