Working for a well established company working as part of a large team.

• You will be dealing with incoming calls from regular clients looking after your own geographical area.
• Making regular requested calls to your clients to get their orders and upselling any new or reduced products.       
• Dealing with the order process and any queries relating to orders and invoice problems.                    
• Chasing deliveries and keeping your rep updated with any account issues.
  

Excellent telephone manner, bright, lively personality with excellent customer service skills. Hours are 8.30-5, good company to work for, nice offices.
