9am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday. WORKING FOR WELL ESTABLISHED NEW BUILD COMPANY . You will pick up the sale after the event and push all the paper work through dealing with solicitors and vendors and mortgage provider.

Looking for someone from a housing, estate agency or lettings background with experience in monitoring all aspects of property transactions from initial reservation to final completion including mortgage applications

Duties include:

* Progression of sales from reservation through to completion including legal, mortgage and purchaser liaison

* Will be targeted on completions (basically money coming in - bottom line)

* Working in the sales office (very pressurised environment)

* Dealing with purchasers, mortgage brokers and solicitors

* Producing reports

* Must be used to dealing with targets, time pressure and deadlines

* Lots of phone work and occasional lunch cover
