Our International client is looking for an Experienced Customer Service Co-ordinator fluent in Spanish.
The key function of this role is to provide excellent customer service to their European Customer base. Managing the interface with all customers, the successful candidate must ensure clear and concise communication, maximizing customer satisfaction and service levels at all time.
Some of the key duties will include:
- Accurately input and expedite all sales orders and acknowledgements in a timely manner to facilitate same day dispatch of all goods.
- Ensure that customer requests are communicated correctly to ensure orders are dispatched as per their requirements.
- To work with the Sales Department to strategically target and up-sell/cross-sell to existing customers in order to maximise all selling opportunities.
- Take ownership of customer enquiries/problems and work them through to completion promptly and to ensure appropriate paperwork is completed.
Candidates must be fluent / native Spanish, oral and written as well as English. Excellent communication and telephone skills are essential and candidates must have a proven background in customer service. Experience of SAP would be advantageous.
