Our client is an innovative and dynamic manufacturer of electrical products supplying direct into the building industry via the wholesale sector. We currently require a hard working, self motivated individual to join their Sales division.  The ideal candidate for this Sales Role will be outgoing, communicative, alert and energetic.

The role involves proactive calling out to an existing database of customers, incoming call handling, processing sales orders and offering office based support to external Area Sales Managers. The role is fast paced and involves daily telephone contact with a range of customers; therefore a positive, persuasive and amiable telephone manner is required together with accurate and thorough administration skills.

KEY TASKS

·         Proactively call out to an existing database of customers within the electrical wholesaler industry

·         Maintain and build relations between our customers and you

·         Updating the Customer Record Card and Quotations folder

·         Proactively push both ranges of products and promotional offers

·         Processing customer orders and checking on the AS400 system

·         Offer office based support to external Area Sales Managers

·         Good data entry and thorough administration skills

·         Eager to learn

·         Highly PC literate

Hours are 8.30am-5pm, Holiday entitlement is 20 days pro rata to start and rises after a period of time.
