We require an experienced Administration Manager / PA to join a friendly, well established manufacturing company based in Luton.

The key function of this role will be to provide a comprehensive and confidential administration support to the CEO and Managing Director.

The successful candidate will be responsible for an extensive range of Companywide administration processes including Finance, HR, First Line IT, Health & Safety, Facilities and ISO.

Key Requirements:

·         Experience of operating as a PA to Company Directors for a minimum of 2 years.

·         Have 2 years’ practical experience of book keeping procedures.

·         Excellent organisational and time management skills and be capable of processing a varied workload in a controlled and methodical manner.

·         Act with integrity and sensitivity at all times within a confidential environment.

·         Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

·         Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

·         Team player who is adaptable and flexible in a hectic environment.

·         Experience of SAGE Accounting package preferable

·         Experience of operating within an ISO accredited organisation preferable

·         Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation. 

Hours will be 8.30am — 5.30pm, Monday to Friday with one hour for lunch each day.  Flexibility outside of these hours in order to meet customer needs is essential.
