Experienced Customer Service co-ordinator required ASAP to provide excellent Customer Service to our Clients’ European Customer base.
The key responsibility of this role will be managing the interface with all customers ensuring clear and concise communication, maximizing customer satisfaction and service levels in all aspects of their dealings.
Main Duties:
• Accurately input and expedite all sales orders and acknowledgements in a timely manner – ideal turnaround time is same day processing.
• Ensure that customer requests are communicated correctly to ensure orders are dispatched as per their requirements.
• Ensure that received communications are passed to the appropriate person for action, if necessary, but always ensuring a timely response to the originator.
• Work with the Sales Department to strategically target and up-sell/warm sell to existing customers in order to maximise all selling opportunities.
• Ensure SAP system queries and errors are actioned or communicated, as appropriate.
• Take ownership of customer enquiries/problems and work them through to completion promptly, wherever possible, within one hour. Ensure appropriate paperwork is completed.
• Ensure customer equipment returns are expedited promptly when requested by arranging courier collections or appropriate alternatives.
• Answer all incoming calls within three rings
• Process any credits, debits, evaluations and warranties, as needed
• Assist with any reasonable request mutually agreed with the company’s management.
The ideal candidate must have a solid background in office based customer service ideally within a multinational organisation. Possess excellent communication skills and telephone manner and have an enthusiastic and pro-active attitude.
Fluency in French is essential, Spanish would be advantageous.
