Our client is a leading organisation and are currently looking to recruit an exceptional Customer Account Controller.  The successful candidate must have proven experience in managing Blue Chip Customer Accounts and have the ability to speak both Dutch and French.

The purpose of the role is to fulfil both our clients and the customer’s needs with regard to the supply of products to the customer. The position covers managing communication with the customer, maintenance of the SAP system to ensure orders are fulfilled and planning of production to meet customer needs. In addition to this the position is required to be the main point of contact for the customer, controlling lines of communication and establishing the relationship via regular meetings. The role also requires management of certain specific KPI’s such as slow and non moving inventory and is seen as a pivotal cross-functional controlling role between Sales, Supply Chain, Operations and Finance. Sales & forecasting analysis in order to set high standards for forecast accuracy are required and the position is also required to support the Regional Sales Manager in the performance of his duties as well as provide data, as and when required, to the European Customer Services Manager.

Person Spec

• Worked in a Customer Services team.
• Experience in dealing with major blue chip customers
• Experience in working with cross functional teams
• Strong technical skills including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• High level SAP knowledge
• Ability to self-manage
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent presentation skills

The successful candidate must fluent in English and Dutch. Ideally the successful candidate will also be fluent in French. Experience of working within a FMCG environment is high desirable.
