Candidate 057 Administrator / Receptionist — Candidate 057 is currently seeking any temporary or permanent reception or office administration roles where she can build on her experiences gained to date. Candidate 057 has over 10 years both as a typist and also in a PA support function. She has undertaken audio and copy typing to a high standard producing letters, reports, tables, creating layouts, maintaining diaries, organising meetings and conferences as well as consumable purchasing. Candidate 057 is able to communicate effectively with people at all levels both face to face and over the telephone, she possesses strong IT skills and excellent typing speeds and is extremely organised and is quick to learn new systems and procedures.
