Customer Service Executive

Salary dependent on experience

Hours: 09.00 – 17.00, Monday to Friday

Our client based in Dunstable has been trading in excess of 30 years. We are looking for an experience Customer Service Executive to start ASAP.

The role demands a commitment to both service and sales excellence; rooted in exceeding the expectations of customers, and an understanding that the role is both reactive and proactive.

Responsibilities Customer Service Executive

  • Respond to all queries within specific time frames
  • All incoming calls to be answered within three rings
  • All orders to be entered for processing the day they are received
  • All email enquiries to be responded to the day they are received
  • Spreadsheets & data completed in a timely manner
  • Adhere to and carry out all special projects and promotions as directed within the time frames specified
  • To maximise opportunities on both inbound and outbound calls
  • To acquire and maintain a sound knowledge of the product range
  • To ensure that all CRM activity is actioned in a timely and accurate way
  • The ability & knowledge to handle all incoming calls in an effective manner creating an excellent customer experience.
  • Accurate & timely recording of data
  • To maintain all information in an intuitive fashion, which can be easily understood and utilised by others in the business.
  • Actively participate and contribute to all team discussions, meetings and events, demonstrating a positive attitude to colleagues at all times.
  • Maintain a flexible and motivated disposition, with an eye for understanding the constant evolution of the business, how it pertains to the position and that the role will evolve in line, at all times, with business demands.
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures relating to sales activity, health and safety and quality management.
