4-month temporary contract, starting Monday 17th May 2021

Hours 08.30am – 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)

£11.00 per hour

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator to work for our established client based in Leighton Buzzard.

Ideal candidate must have Administration / Accounts experience and good attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily Postal duties
  • Sort & scan all incoming site paperwork
  • Preparing purchase Invoices for review – Combining all purchase invoices with POD’s/timesheets and purchase orders
  • Complete Supplier statements – Requesting missing invoices where applicable
  • Filling
  • Preparing Site & Contract Files
  • Obtaining Prices/Quotations on request to aid with procurement.
  • Setting up new suppliers – obtaining information from new supplier forms to set up new supplier where needed
  • Notifying Supplier of queries or chasing of backup

Skills / Experience

  • Competent user of Excel
  • Administration / Accounts experience
  • Good attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
