Hours: Monday – Thursday 08:00 – 16:30 (Friday 08:00 – 12:00)

We are looking for an Administrator to work for our client based in Luton. This role will be working in an engineering environment.

Responsibilities: Administrator

  • Matching supplier invoices.
  • Data entry onto SAGE.
  • Raising invoices for customers.
  • Answering the telephone and taking down messages accordingly.
  • Any other general admin jobs that need to be carried out.

Skills / Experience: Administrator

  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience of using SAGE.
  • Strong administration skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good computer skills and competent user of Microsoft Office.
