We are looking for a mechanical assembler to join an established manufacturer and supplier to the oil and gas industry based in West Moors. This is a hands-on role that is responsible for building and testing the products with the opportunity to join an established team of Assembly & Test Engineers.
Responsibilities
Mechanical fitting & assembly experience
Assembly & test of valves preferred
The ability to read drawings and follow work instructions
Good attention to detail
Knowledge of workshop practices including good housekeeping
Work to Quality standards and procedures set out in the business
Comply with Health & Safety regulations
On the job training will be given based on experience
Working Hours
Monday to Thursday 8am-4.30pm, Friday 8am-1pm
Pay Rate
£12.44 per hour (doe)
