Salary £18,000, increasing to £20,000 after 6- month probation

Hours Monday to Friday, 9am – 5.30pm

Our client based in Luton are an established business looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their busy, friendly team.

Key Responsibilities Customer Service Advisor

  • Answering/resolving inbound telephone calls from customers. This will include general enquiries, booking regionalised training sessions and basic complaint handling
  • General administrative duties.
  • Working as part of a small team focussed on meeting organisational objectives and individual targets.
  • Inputting telephone call information onto the customer database.

Ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service. It is essential you can problem solve and remain calm during pressured situations. An excellent telephone manner is essential. Must have good attention to detail, organised and efficient. Knowledge of Word and Excel programmes will be of an advantage.
