Product Data Coordinator – Part Time

Salary – £17,531.80 per annum

5.5 hours per day Monday to Friday – 27.5 hours per week

Hours can be flexible with start and finish time

Option to work 1 day a week from home after probation

Our client celebrates 55 + years in business. We have a great opportunity for a Product Data Coordinator to work for an established company located in Rugby.

Ideal candidate must have excellent Microsoft Excell skills and eye for detail.

Responsibilities: Product Data Coordinator

• Adding new product data to the PIM when launched
• Managing product data within the PIM
• Responsible for guiding distributors in the importing, classification, validation and cleansing of their product data.
• c guiding and advising distributors so their data is best presented from our PIM platform.
• Responsible for ensuring data governance processes are followed
• To develop the knowledge on how to fully use the PIM platform and assist in the development of the platform in conjunction with the Marketing Team
• To advise and train distributors on how best to import product data from the PIM
• Add data to both the Ebay and Amazon sales channels when required
• Be responsible for distributors in the UK and Europe ensuring excellent customer service, productivity, and optimal use of the PIM platform.
• To support the development of the data policies and procedures.
• To input into any future developments of the PIM system.
• Identify opportunities to improve the data processes and ways of working.

Essential Experience – Product Data Coordinator

• Analytical with an exceptional level of attention to detail.
• Confident in using Microsoft Excel, and able to create pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to work collaboratively within a team, as well as working on solo work streams.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
• Fluent in spoken English, additional language skills would be an advantage
• Excellent organisational skills
