You will be joining an organisation that is committed to providing young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties, a home away from home.
We are looking for a Registered Manager to join the growing team in Luton, who has previous experience of working with Children with EBD. The home is a 4 bedded provision that specialises in Children / Young People between the ages of 11-18. This post is for a private company based in the Luton area.
Working as a Children’s Home Registered Manager, you must be willing to go above and beyond for the children and young people – ensuring that they have an experience of childhood that they can reflect upon and carry with them into adulthood.

Must have excellent knowledge of the Quality Care Standards that govern Children’s Residential settings and have the skills and qualities needed in providing the high quality of care to the children residing at the home.
